The Challenge
Coordinating a large team (21 members) to build a complex, multi-module system while ensuring code consistency and timely delivery.
The Solution
Implemented a microservices-ready architecture using NestJS for the backend and Next.js for the frontend. Utilized agile methodologies for team coordination and deployed on modern cloud platforms (Railway, Vercel) for reliability.
